Orders
Here are the procedures to follow when placing your orders:
- Fill out our contact form with your order.
- Wait for us to reply via email. We will also provide you with the bill total plus the shipping cost.
- Pay for your order through PayPal, check, or money order. Keep in mind that checks must be made out to DaceK-13 Metal Art, and all orders must be paid in full before shipping.
Shipping
We use the following rates, in accordance with the US Postal Service, for delivering orders within the country:
- Small Flat Rate Box – $13.65
- Flat Rate Padded Envelope - $14.00
- Medium Flat Rate Box – $24.80
- Large Flat Rate Box – $34.00
Most of the items we ship will fit in a small flat rate box or flat rate padded envelope. We can mail orders that weigh up to 70 pounds in the flat rate boxes.
If you choose to use the shopping cart. The shipping cost has been set at $24.80 Since most customers order multiple items. I do not have an accurate way to set up the shipping cost.

For custom CNC laser cutting jobs, you may send either a softcopy of your project in DXF format or a clean line drawing on white paper no bigger than 8.5” x 11". Please make sure to indicate the size, quantity, and metal thickness of the parts you wish to have cut out
